Content Creator Terms

Last updated April 24, 2026

These Content Creator Terms supplement Gameer's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for creators who apply for creator access, use creator tooling, submit content for review, publish games, or otherwise distribute content through Gameer.

If these terms conflict with the general Terms of Use on a creator-specific issue, these creator terms control for that issue. Otherwise, the general Terms of Use remain fully applicable.

Summary

  • Creator access is discretionary, revocable, and not guaranteed to continue.
  • Gameer may approve, reject, queue, depublish, edit metadata for, or remove creator content at any time for legal, safety, or product reasons.
  • Creators must have all rights, releases, permissions, and disclosures required for everything they upload, generate, publish, or promote.
  • Publishing through Gameer authorizes Gameer to host, distribute, market, clip, embed, and surface the game across Gameer channels.
  • Creator plans and paid access do not guarantee approval, traffic, ranking, revenue share, or monetization.
  • Creators indemnify Gameer and its personnel for claims arising from creator content, promotions, rights issues, or legal violations.

1. Scope and Creator Program Status

These terms apply if you apply to become a creator, submit creator information, access creator-only features, use Gameer to prepare content for public release, or publish a game through Gameer. Creator status is a limited permission to use designated creator features and does not create any employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or exclusivity relationship.

2. Access, Review, Approval, and Publication

Creator access, creator approval, review timing, publication timing, front-page placement, and distribution are all discretionary. Gameer may accept, reject, delay, pause, or revoke creator access or publication rights at any time for legal, safety, quality, billing, moderation, operational, or product reasons.

Review estimates, launch windows, and scheduling tools are targets only. They are not guarantees and do not create liability if a review, publication, or launch is delayed, refused, interrupted, or reversed.

3. Creator Content, Publishing License, and Platform Rights

By submitting creator content, publishing a game, or enabling public sharing through Gameer, you grant Gameer the rights described in the Terms of Use to host, reproduce, adapt, display, perform, distribute, clip, preview, embed, market, and otherwise use the content as needed to operate and promote the Services.

That includes using your creator name, handle, profile image, game title, metadata, thumbnails, clips, trailers, launch assets, social cards, first-beat previews, and other creator-facing or player-facing promotional materials across Gameer properties and communications.

Gameer retains all rights in the platform, creator tooling, moderation systems, publishing workflows, templates, overlays, launch kits, analytics systems, and Gameer-created assets. Creator status does not give you ownership of Gameer technology or any promise of compensation, revenue share, or exclusivity absent a separate written agreement signed by Gameer.

4. Creator Warranties, Permissions, and High-Risk Restrictions

As a creator, you represent and warrant that:

  • you own or control all rights needed for the relevant use of every prompt, upload, asset, performance, voice, image, likeness, brand element, and game mechanic you submit;
  • you have all required model releases, performer consents, location permissions, and other third-party permissions needed for distribution and promotion;
  • your content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contract, advertising, consumer-protection, or platform-policy requirements;
  • you have reviewed AI outputs before publication and have not treated Gameer as your legal, compliance, or editorial reviewer;
  • you will make legally required sponsorship, endorsement, giveaway, affiliate, age-rating, or audience disclosures tied to your game or creator promotions;
  • you will not use Gameer to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, non-consensual deepfake, or otherwise high-risk content.

Gameer may ask for proof of rights, releases, or authorizations at any time. Failure to provide adequate proof may result in rejection, depublishing, or account restrictions.

5. Scheduling, Publishing, Depublishing, and Live Operations

Creator tools may allow you to schedule releases, share launch links, distribute embed codes, or surface marketing assets. Gameer may override, delay, hide, unlist, depublish, reclassify, or remove content when we believe it is necessary for moderation, infrastructure stability, trust and safety, legal compliance, billing issues, or product quality.

Even after you edit or remove a game, public copies, share links, analytics records, thumbnails, cached previews, screenshots, clips, or third-party reposts may remain.

6. Creator Plans, Billing, and No Guaranteed Monetization

Paid creator access or creator subscriptions may be required for some features. Those plans are subject to the billing, renewal, cancellation, tax, and refund rules in the Terms of Use and any checkout terms presented at purchase.

Paying for creator access does not guarantee approval of any game, any particular review speed, any minimum distribution level, featured placement, recommendation traffic, creator payout, or future monetization rights.

7. Creator Analytics, Share Tools, and Launch Assets

Gameer may provide creators with analytics, follower signals, share tools, launch kits, and promotional assets. Those materials are informational only. They may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or later corrected. They are not audited metrics and should not be treated as guarantees of reach, revenue, or campaign performance.

Gameer may create or format creator-facing assets such as thumbnails, clips, framed posts, previews, launch pages, and share cards based on your game content and metadata.

8. Indemnity, Liability Allocation, and Release

In addition to the indemnity obligations in the Terms of Use, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gameer and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims arising out of or related to:

  • your creator submissions, published games, promotions, giveaways, endorsements, or embeds;
  • any allegation that your creator content infringes rights or violates law;
  • your failure to obtain releases, permissions, or legally required disclosures;
  • your use of Gameer analytics, share tools, creator launch materials, or AI outputs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gameer is not responsible for creator audience disputes, off-platform reposting, claims between collaborators, or third-party conduct connected to your public content.

Gameer may assume exclusive control of the defense and settlement of any creator matter subject to indemnification, and you will cooperate with that defense at your expense. You may not settle any covered claim in a way that imposes liability, admissions, or obligations on any Gameer party without Gameer's prior written consent.

9. Conflicts, Updates, and Contact

Gameer may update these creator terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of creator features after the update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

Questions about creator access, creator legal terms, or creator review issues should be sent to support@gameer.ai.

The Gameer parties are intended third-party beneficiaries of the provisions in these creator terms that protect them.
